William B. Randolph Mr. Randolph graduated magna cum laude from New England School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. After receiving his LL.M. in Taxation in 1976 from New York University Law School, Mr. Randolph served as a law clerk at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. Mr. Randolph has extensive experience in the areas of tax litigation, tax and business planning, including mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions for entertainers. Prior to joining the firm he chaired the Tax Department of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association, and co-chairs the Section's Committee on New York City Tax Matters.
