Not-For-Profit Entities
We provide extensive advice and representation with respect to charitable organizations. Our services include creating not-for-profit entities, obtaining federal and state tax exemptions, advice and representation with respect to all phases of management and administration of charities, including employment issues, service contracts, establishing charitable gift programs, obtaining bequests, information retains and reports. We also assist and train development staff of charitable organizations in creating and administering defined giving programs.
